Registration of the legal land documents
Protection of the rights of the land tenant, involvement of land lots into the market relations are impossible without land rights being given with the appropriate right certifying documents issued according to the current legislation of Russian Federation and Moscow.
For registration of the land rights, the Department forms land planning activities on all land lots. The experts conduct legal examination of the documents granted by the land tenant and the work on land-surveying, marking the borders of the land lots, prepare the draft of the administrative act of Moscow bodies of executive authority on granting the land lots, establishment of the right of their use and possession. After that, the rights on the land with issue of right-assuring documents of a standard form (rent contract, agreements of gratuitous temporary use, registration of the rights of lifetme heritable possession, permanent constant use) are registered.
Besides this, the Department carris out registration of the bargains with the right of land lease, such as deposit, hypothecation, sale and purchase, instalment into the authorized capital etc.
